Free Radicals
This graph shows room temperature decay of the integrated ESR signal obtained for mixtures of DPPH* methanol standard solution and black tea brewed from various kinds of water: mineral water, distilled water, tap water and tap water filtered by Shopure Eco with (ADR-Technology module).
One may observe the highest decay rate of the DPPH free radicals in the solution prepared with Shopure Eco filtered water. Thus one may conclude that water filtered by the Shopure Eco system is efficient in « free radical killing ».
*Diphenyl-b-picryl hydrazyl (DPPH) is an aqueous solution of copper sulfate (CuSO4) and a crystal of chrome alum KCr(SO4) 2·12H2O.
